The molybdenum yellow raw material is bismuth nitrate Bi(NO 3 ) 3 Â·5H 2 O, ammonium molybdate (NH 4 ) 2 MoO 4 Â·2H 2 O, sodium tungstate (Na 2 WO 4 ), sodium vanadate (Na 3 VO 4 ) ).
First, cerium nitrate was dissolved in 2 mol of HNO 3 as an acid solution, and the latter components were dissolved in 2 mol of NaOH as an alkali solution.
Slowly add the lye to the acid solution and mix well. The precipitate formed by the reaction is filtered, washed at 105 Â° C, dried at 550-600 Â° C for 1 h, and finely ground to obtain a product BCD-molybdenum yellow.
The key to production is: (1) formulation accuracy (selection of m, n); (2) when the reaction is carried out, the lye is added slowly, the agitation is sufficient, and the pH is between 2 and 3.5. If the lye is added too fast or the pH is too high, the crystallization will be too fast and the grains will be too thick. PH<2 reaction is not complete and should be controlled between 2 and 3.5.
When producing small batches, it can be carried out in simple reactors, suction filters, muffle furnaces and other equipment.
2, Moly Orange
